I build on Hello Elementor when speed matters most, and Bricks Builder when a design needs pixel-level control. Either way the output is clean, semantic HTML with correct heading order, an admin your team can actually use, and a performance budget set before the first section is built rather than audited afterwards.

Can you take over a site another developer built?
Yes, and it is a large part of my work. I start with a free audit covering code quality, plugin conflicts, performance and security, then tell you honestly whether a fix or a rebuild is cheaper over two years.
Will I be able to edit the site myself?
Yes. Content lives in labelled fields, not in a layout you can accidentally break. The handover document walks through the edits you will make most often, with screenshots.
How fast will the site be?
The target is 90+ on mobile PageSpeed and Largest Contentful Paint under 2.5 seconds. On one live rebuild the score moved from 54 to 91. Performance is built in from the first line of markup, not bolted on at the end.
